The Summersville Arena & Conference Center is centrally located in the quaint and friendly community of Summersville, WV, which is centrally located within the state with easy access to most major interstates, making it an easy drive for West Virginia residents and those in surrounding states.  

In 2005, the West Virginia National Guard with the cooperation of the James H. Ferguson family, the City of Summersville, the Nicholas County Commission and numerous others, built the Summersville Readiness Center.  This state of the art facility houses the Summersville Arena & Conference Center, which includes a 24,000 square foot arena and a 3,715 square foot conference center.  

The arena can be converted and used for a multitude of events, including conferences, trainings, meetings, trade shows, concerts, and dinner theatres.  Pipe and drape partitioned vendor booths make for spacious areas for vendors to display their goods and services.  The arena can also be used for various sporting events.  The retractable bleachers seat 2,400 guests with comfortable individual seats with backs and arm rests.  The beautiful portable hardwood basketball floor provides the perfect venue for basketball tournaments for all ages.  When not in use for one of these events, the arena can be transformed into a beautiful ballroom with ceiling drapes, chandeliers, and hanging lights for banquets and wedding receptions.  

The conference center is a multi-purpose area perfect for meetings and conferences.  The area can be broken into six conference rooms with classroom or theater style seating and is equipped with state of the art audio visual equipment, free WiFi, conference call availability and various other conference amenities.  The conference center can also be used for small to medium sized banquets and weddings.  The area is fully carpeted with twelve-foot ceilings and can accommodate 100 guests for banquets.

In-house catering is available for events of any size.  Breakfast, lunch, dinner, breaks, appetizers, desserts, beverage services and bar services are available.  Concessions are available for sporting events and trade shows.
