FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I rent space and do my own set up and clean up?

Yes, we do rent space, which includes tables and chairs.  If you prefer to do your own set up and clean up, we allow 2 hours before and after the event for set up and clean up.

Does your facility provide set up and clean up services?

Yes, we are happy to set up and clean up for events.  Let us do all the work and make your event stress free.  All you have to do is arrive, make wonderful memories, and leave when the event is ended.

Are tables and chairs included in the rental fee?

Yes, we have banquet, round and classroom tables and comfortable chairs, which are all included in the rental fee.

Can your facility accommodate a conference with a general and breakout sessions?

Yes!  We have 6 breakout session rooms that will accommodate 20 guests per room.  These rooms can also be configured into 3 breakout sessions for up to 40 guests per room.  The Arena is perfect for a general session area and will host 100-500 guests.

What is the seating capacity for the Arena? For the Conference Center?

The seating capacity for the Arena with the bleachers is 2400 guests.  Without the bleachers, the capacity is 500 guests.  The seating capacity for the Conference Center is 5-400 guests depending on setup.

Does your facility offer WiFi?

Yes, there is WiFi in both the Arena and Conference Center and the WiFi is free of charge.

Does your facility offer tastings for weddings?

Yes!  Tastings must be scheduled.  There is a minimum charge of $9.99 per person for up to 10 guests.

Can I bring in my own food or other catering provider?

We have an excellent catering staff, so we do not allow outside food or other catering services.  We can provide a delicious meal for your guests for breakfast, lunch, dinner or appetizers.  Take a look at our  catering menu.  We do allow outside specialty cakes for weddings and special celebrations.

Is there a contract and a deposit required to schedule an event?

There is a contract and proposal that is required to be signed.  Generally, the deposit is 25% of the rental fee.   Weddings are subject to a payment plan.  Payments are due every 60 days with the final payment due 7 days before the wedding.

What is the policy if I need to cancel my event?

In the event the User cancels, more than thirty days prior to the commencement of User’s scheduled use, the User shall be entitled to a refund of fifty percent of any fees theretofore paid or advanced to the SACC.  The remainder of such fees shall be retained by the SACC.  In the event of a cancellation by User less than thirty days prior to the scheduled commencement of Users use, the SACC shall retain all fees paid or advanced by User.
